    Ms. Koyama began his training in permaculture at the Permaculture Center Japan in Fujino (Midori-ku, Sagamihara City) in 2008, being drawn to a more grounded life. He also became actively involved in Transition Fujino and the NPO Transition Japan, becoming a co-representative in 2013. He’s inspired by the philosophy of deep ecology and it’s leaders, including Joanna Macy – sharing the understanding that everything is a part of Earth’s web of life, with its abundant diversity, networks and relationships.
